Afro Paradise Final Sale Refund Policy

1. Overview Tickets purchased through Afro Paradise are considered final sale. By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that tickets cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.

2. Final Sale Items

  • All tickets sold on Afro Paradise, including but not limited to event tickets, concert tickets, and festival tickets, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Discounts, promotions, or special offers applied to ticket purchases do not alter the final sale status.

3. Conditions of Ticket Sales

  • All ticket sales are final and are sold “as is.”
  • We encourage customers to review event details and ticket information carefully before making a purchase.

4. Event Cancellations and Changes

  • In the event of an event cancellation or significant change (such as a change in date or venue), Afro Paradise will follow the instructions provided by the event organiser regarding refunds or exchanges.
  • If an event is cancelled, Afro Paradise will attempt to contact you with further instructions. Refunds in the case of event cancellation will be at the discretion of the event organiser.
